On August 13 at around 11:30pm it was brought to our attention that Mark Fischer (Fisher) of Lancaster, PA had filed a rip off report against our firm. We were surprised to say the least. The great thing about this, though, is that it gives us an opportunity to show how we handle a reputation management issue.

In this particular case, Mark Fisher (Fischer), who was previously an employee of our firm is filing a complaint that makes allegations which compare us to Bernie Madoff and more. This is actually a positive thing, because it showcases the level of maturity of the complainer filing, almost immediately indicating that it is false, or exaggerated.

The first step in dealing with this matter was to write a rebuttal that showed our side of the story, which was done on rip off report. That rebuttal contained two links: one at the top and one at the bottom to this page. We want to make sure that we are in control of our side of the story at all times and that we have an outlet of some kind to place information about the situation.

Below, you will see a screen shot of how the complaint looked as of August 14. I am taking an image of this screenshot, because at any time Mark Fischer (Fisher) could change the information that he entered.
